Our Story

The team behind Villa Palma at the Village believes a vibrant atmosphere, personal and attentive service, and great company are what separates a delicious dinner from an unforgettable experience. Featuring classic family recipes served for over 30 years at the original Villa Palma Ristorante, opened by Guiseppe & Melinda Mazzella in 1987 in Indialantic, Florida.

 The Mazzella family – originally from Naples, Italy, by way of Long Island, New York – moved to our area in search of a location raise a family and follow their dream of owning a restaurant. After 31 years of success at their beachside location, their son, Frank Mazzella decided to expand the name by opening this second location on the Indian River in Cocoa Village.

On the menu you will find the same straightforward and comforting recipes, as well as some unique specials with a modern twist. Frank especially prides himself on offering fresh, quality seafood, generous portions, and cultivating a knowledgable and professional team.

 This location also boasts an elevated bar program – led by our head mixologist, Hiiji Harvin – features creative Italian-focused craft cocktails and notable wines, beers & spirits.
